The editors of the Torch welcome submissions from readers, but regret that our space limitations do not allow us to publish very many of them. If you would like to submit an article, please follow the guidelines below:

• 500-700 words maximum
• Typed double-spaced, with author's name and telephone number on each page
• A brief (one or two sentence) description of the author's background and/or qualifications. To increase chance of publication, emphasize your background or qualifications directly related to your article's topic.
• Mail to our regular mailing address (below).

If you have comments about an issue you've read, please send us e-mail. We also welcome Founding Father Quotes, but ask that you cite a specific source.
