BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY!

Because the Texas Eagle Forum Education Round-Up is centrally located in the Fort Worth Stockyards, your whole family can enjoy numerous fun-filled activities within walking distance.

  • Plenty of shops selling everything from boots to books
  • Cattle drive twice a day through the Stockyards with genuine cowboys
  • Have your picture taken with a Texas Longhorn steer as he travels up and down Exchange Street
  • See the famous steam-driven Tarantula Train arrive at the Stockyard Station
  • Year-round carnival rides, horseback riding, historical tours and great museums
  • Ride the trolley around family-friendly downtown Fort Worth

And don't forget the rodeo at the Cowtown Coliseum!

  • Watch the best in rodeo action while sitting in air-conditioned comfort.
  • The Rodeo begins at 8 PM.
  • Tickets at the door are $8.50 for general admission and $5 for children 3-12.
  • Enjoy watching David Dewhurst, candidate for Texas Lieutenant Governor, display his calf-roping skills during the rodeo.
  • You can even enter the kids in a calf-chasing contest at the rodeo.
